Welcome to Living In Hokkaido,

The island of Hokkaidō (help·info) (北海道^?, is located at the north end of Japan, near Russia, and has coastlines on the Sea of Japan, the Sea of Okhotsk, and the Pacific Ocean. Hokkaidō, literally means "North Sea Circuit", formerly known as Ezo.  The Tsugaru Strait separates Hokkaidō from Honshū, although the two islands are connected by the underwater Seikan Tunnel. The largest city on Hokkaidō is its capital, Sapporo.

This web-site is a blog of my mini-voyage's around the 2nd largest Japanese Island. Also incuded is a small window into some of my personal activities. I intented this to be a place my friends and family can see what I'm doing, but I also welcome the entire web community to visit.
